Asset Ingestion & Metadata Entry
Audio files, artwork and release metadata are submitted and validated against format requirements. ISRC and UPC codes are assigned or confirmed at this stage.

Quality Control Review
Each release undergoes automated technical checks and, where required, a manual review of metadata completeness, audio quality standards and artwork specifications.

Territory & Schedule Configuration
Release date, time zone and territory availability are configured based on rights holders' instructions and any regional licensing constraints.

DDEX Delivery to DSPs
Compliant DDEX delivery packages are sent to each selected platform according to the configured schedule. Delivery status is tracked and confirmed per DSP.
